The StrengthsFinder® session done by Victor and the Strengths School™ team was very balanced, well-paced and well-organized, with sufficient time for quiet introspection, active sharing and engaging interactions through hands-on activities. Q: Do participants need to complete the CliftonStrengths assessment before the workshop?
A: Yes. Each participant completes the online CliftonStrengths assessment prior to the session. Victor will guide you through the process when you enquire.
Q: How many participants can join a workshop?
A: Victor's half-day and full-day workshops are designed for teams of 10 to 50 participants. For smaller groups of 4 to 10, the group coaching format is more suitable.
Q: Are the CliftonStrengths workshops standardized?
A: Victor's workshops are customised rather than standardised. A team building workshop is designed for intact teams and focuses on collaboration and trust. A leadership workshop is tailored for leaders at all levels, from senior leaders to managers to high-potential staff, and focuses on applying strengths to leadership responsibilities. A general CliftonStrengths workshop is designed for individual contributors and onboarding, focusing on applying strengths to job functions.
Q: What is the difference between the Top 5 and Full 34 CliftonStrengths reports?
A: The Top 5 report reveals a participant's five most dominant talent themes, which is sufficient for most team workshops. The Full 34 report ranks all 34 talent themes and is recommended for deeper individual development, leadership coaching, and team coaching sessions where understanding the full talent profile matters.
Q: Do you facilitate workshops outside Singapore?
A: Yes. Victor has facilitated workshops for teams across Asia and Middle East, including Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, China, India and Lebanon. He also facilitates for regional leadership teams based in different countries.
