The session used Gallup's CliftonStrengths profiling tool alongside ontological coaching to help team members identify their dominant talent themes and explore how to apply them in their day-to-day roles. This was a full day CliftonStrengths team workshop for Workforce Singapore WSG, for the Partners and Operations team. The session was held in Singapore, in August 2025.
Focused on team building and how to leverage the talents to be more effective. As an operations team, it was extremely hard for everyone to come together so the opportunity created was treasured by the whole team. The session focused on team dynamics, helping participants understand how their individual CliftonStrengths themes shape the way they work and relate to one another. Participants left with greater self-awareness and practical insights for strengthening collaboration within their teams.

There was great feedback and I was delighted to spend the day with them.
