Having previously been a Youth Worker for 10 years, I am still very passionate in impacting students. I enjoyed coaching students on naming, claiming and aiming their top 5 CliftonStrengths (former StrengthsFinder) towards their personal goals. In a time when depression seems to be on the rise among many students in Singapore, Strengths can be used as a powerful anchor to help students and youth stay positive. I strongly believe that each student has a unique calling and a person's talents are used powerfully to fulfill this call.
